Baserow Representative API Octri Preview

Baserow representative TypeScript preview

Unofficial Octri preview. This reference selects 15 operations from Baserow's public 429-operation OpenAPI 2.4.1 contract: table discovery, rows, views, pagination, and mock-only row writes. The full corrected contract exceeds Octri's parser expanded graph limit. The original source remains untouched. This demo copy preserves 51 referenced schemas and the JWT and Database token security schemes. No live Baserow workspace was used.

Generated TypeScript client

Download generated TypeScript ZIP. Unzip, run npm install, and build with npm run build. The package is downloadable but not published to npm. Set a token outside source control; use a custom base URL for self-hosted Baserow.

ts
import { BaserowAPIUnofficialOctriRepresentativePreview } from "baserow-full-api-octri-preview-sdk";

const client = new BaserowAPIUnofficialOctriRepresentativePreview({
  baseUrl: "https://api.baserow.io",
  auth: { databaseToken: process.env.BASEROW_DATABASE_TOKEN! },
});
for await (const row of client.databaseTableRows.list({ tableId: 1847, page: 1, size: 20 })) {
  console.log(row.id, (row as Record<string, unknown>)["field_999"]);
}

This uses the downloaded package's actual databaseTableRows.list async iterator and databaseToken auth field. Table fields vary by instance; the public schema's example model does not provide table-specific TypeScript column types.

Validation and limitation

The downloaded ZIP built and its generated local mock suite passed 15 routes, 120 contract checks, and 54 native tests. An independent synthetic HTTP mock verified GET list and row paths, page/size query, bearer header, dynamic response field field_999, mock-only POST, and typed 401. No real row was created, changed, or deleted.

Known generated-client defect: the high-level create method sent declared field_1 but silently dropped an arbitrary field_999 value. Do not rely on this build for dynamic-field writes. A table-specific schema from an authorized instance or a generator fix is needed before claiming those writes. No automatic source synchronization was configured or tested.
